John Finstra
Mr. John Finstra died at his home 802 Liberty street last evening aged 67 years. He had been in feeble health since last Friday, but was able to be up and around. He came here from Freeport 6 or 7 years ago. He was a tailor by trade, worked for J. H. Gordon & Co. He was a member of the Tailors Union and Post 45 G.A.R. having served the entire time of the civil war. A Native of Ireland. Funeral at St. Patricks church tomorrow. Survivors - wife and daughter, Lucy at home.
